ui-shared: signal the sl0p fork in the footer + generator meta
Append a "sl0p fork" link (to git.sl0p.foo/cgit.git) to the default
footer after the generated-by cgit/git attribution, and tag the
<meta name=generator> as "cgit <ver> (sl0p fork)". Keeps upstream
attribution intact.
