make vendor: no xcframework, a CLT-only xcodebuild is a stub
In lib-vt mode upstream's build.zig auto-enables an xcframework
whenever xcodebuild is on PATH. On a Mac with only the Command Line
Tools that xcodebuild fails, turning a working build into a broken
one -- and we only ever consume libghostty-vt.a anyway. Pass
-Demit-xcframework=false.
