install: drop install.sh, point at GitHub releases for binaries
The landing page now shows the releases page for direct downloads and
only lists package manager tabs (homebrew, arch, source). The linux
installer script and the windows curl recipe are gone — the releases
page is the single place for prebuilt binaries.
