slosh: a website that is a page, not a mock session

web_new/ is the front page slosh.foo serves: nav, install, what is
different, docs list. The first draft drew itself as a fake slosh
session -- tab-strip nav, box-art panes, a status-line footer -- and
that chrome is gone: the page describes the thing instead of
impersonating it. web_plan.md is the working notes.
build-site assembles it with the rendered docs and the webdemo.
