web: the magnet scroll goes
Proximity snapping, even with the doorway steps freed, still catches some people's scrolling in ways worth no tour polish -- input devices and browsers disagree too much about what proximity means. The clickable steps and the smooth scrolling stay; a reader's wheel is theirs again, everywhere.
