Terminfo self-healing: panes fall back to xterm-256color where the xterm-ghostty entry is missing, and install the binary's own embedded copy into ~/.terminfo automatically (slosh --install-terminfo does it by hand). Fixes editors exiting on the spot and backspace misbehaving on machines without ghostty. Also: version stamps can no longer leak the build machine's git state into packages.
